you’ll see “Group/Convention Code:”

Enter you 3 letter convention
code. For your group, your code is:

Click “Continue”
·
You’ll see the name of your
group and your special rate. Click the dot to the left of the name to select
the group (I know - there’s only one name, but you still have to select it –
Hilton wisdom, ya know?).

Click continue
·
Fill in your name, address,
etc. info and click on “Book Now”
·
You’ll receive your
confirmation number, and you are done! |
If
you are planning to arrive a few days earlier or stay a few days later, you
may have trouble booking online and should probably call the hotel directly.
Here’s why: When we reserve rooms for an event, we usually set aside rooms
just for the
nights that were
requested. So the computer won’t show any rooms available for earlier or
later nights.
Also,
we may not have the group rate ($89) available for earlier/later nights, but we
will work with as best we can!
Lastly,
please book your rooms by 1/9/08 (that’s how
long these rooms will be set aside).
You
can also call the hotel at 407-869-9000 to make
your reservations.
